Combat 2 - Atari 2600, Atari 2600+ & Atari 7800+

Combat Two (originally designated as model CX2663) is an unreleased, canceled prototype game developed by Atari in 1982 for the Atari 2600. Intended as the official sequel to the iconic system pack-in game Combat, the project was shelved due to the looming video game crash of 1983.

Though it was lost for nearly two decades, a complete prototype version containing a built-in level editor was discovered by the gaming community. It eventually received a physical collector's cartridge release by Retrodesign at the Classic Gaming Expo in 2001.
